When you hear the word wholeness, what does it mean to you now, and how is that different from physical perfection? What messages do you regularly give your body, consciously or unconsciously? What would a more loving relationship with your body sound like? What part of yourself have you been trying to reject, silence, or fix that might instead need curiosity and compassion? What spiritual practice most reliably helps you remember your wholeness? If you truly believed that every person carries inherent spiritual wholeness, how might that change the way you respond to someone you strongly disagree with?
