What part of yourself have you most often judged, hidden or tried to change, and what
might happen if you approached it with curiosity instead?
Is there a recurring relationship pattern in your life that may be revealing an unconscious
belief, unmet need, old wound or boundary that needs attention?
What is the difference for you between taking responsibility for your part in a relationship
and blaming yourself for another person’s behavior?
What collective shadow has become more visible to you recently in your family, community,
culture, country or spiritual life?
What issue, relationship, community need or injustice is calling your attention right now?
¿Qué parte de ti mismo has juzgado, ocultado o intentado cambiar,
