Dear Friend in Spirit,
This Sunday, January 14th join us at The Center for Spiritual Living DC as we continue the January New Year energy by once again grounding ourselves in Spiritual Truths that we know will uplift not only our own consciousness as well as the overall consciousness in the Nation’s capital!
This Sunday, we shall receive an ENCOURAGEMENT from Rev. Ray Anderson.
Reverend Dr. Raymont Anderson returns to ENCOURAGE us this Sunday. In his words:
Recently there was a study done, whose results identified a huge need for people to become skilled in a trade. So many people are going to colleges that fewer are becoming skilled at a trade. Would you believe it if I told you that we, in New Thought are showing similar results? Like any skill, our use of Spiritual Principles and the tools of the trade will be enhanced and made stronger through our consistent and effective use. Our lack of use will cause our spiritual muscles to atrophy. The choice is always ours; do we stay in a place of theoretical living or step in to a place of practical living?
Whether Plato who was credited with the quote or Socrates the more likely author, “An unexamined life is not worth living,” the more pressing question is: do you know how to develop these spiritual muscles?
You are cordially invited to hear an ENCOURAGEMENT on this topic from a SPIRITUAL not RELIGIOUS perspective.
With MUSIC by Deletta Gillespie.
