Community Meeting September 9

inner self

Dear Friend in Spirit –

How can we better serve? We want to hear from you! Please email us at community@CSLDC.org or better yet, join us after service on Sunday, September 9 for a brief community meeting.

As a beloved friend of the Center for Spiritual Living community, you know that we are dedicated to teaching spiritual practices and principles that inspire and empower. For nearly ten years we have been providing a welcoming spiritual home in Washington, DC, that honors all paths to the divine for those longing to connect with a higher power.

The Center supports people of all ages and backgrounds in exploring their spirituality, opening and expanding hearts as well as minds. We seek to awaken the power to transform one’s own life and contribute to the lives of others.

We appreciate your support. Together we thrive! Together we will continue to make the world a better place.

Do you have a favorite nonprofit that you support? Besides us that is. (smile) We believe in giving back and we are looking to choose nonprofit partners that have missions in harmony with our teaching of helping to create a world that works for everyone.

Come and join us this Sunday at 10 a.m. for meditation and 11 a.m. for a transcendent service that guarantees to warm your heart, inspire your imagination and give wings to your dreams. My talk will address the agreement to Always Do Our Best. We’ll hear MUSIC by Sahffi and PRAYERS by New Thought Practitioner Maxine Clair.

We meditate before service from 10- 10:45. All are welcome!

On Sundays we are now at the Hyatt Place Hotel, located near the giant honeycomb building that is the Museum of the American Indian. The address is 400 E Street, SW. Metro: L’Enfant Plaza or Federal Center Southwest.

Street parking is free on Sundays in DC. Theresa Maxwell suggests that there are always spots under the nearby overpass on Fourth St.

con mucho cariño, – Reverend Alex

Coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose. The book “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill has all the details about the power of the mastermind. You can read it if you like but it’s not necessary. You can get the book online in PDF form for free— this is an essential read for all working with the Law of Attraction.
